MSF Technologies appears to have a history of stealing things.

A number of years ago, MSF built a bad website for the business I work for – TriMark Solutions. What the business owners didn’t know at the time was MSF had transferred the domain name away from the business without permission. 2+ years of trying to contact MSF to get the domain back resulted in nothing.

As of this morning, MSF Technologies has officially hijacked our website. It was taken down and replaced with a single page stating the domain was for sale.

Do Not do business with these people or you will end up in the same position.

Hi,
I was just at the Cameron Bar & Grill. I was just also reading this article and these 2 responses.
My experience at the restaurant was so great.
It is beautiful, the food was perfect, and the staff is so nice. Perfect addition to Raleigh.
This kind of article misunderstanding easily happens….we shouldn’t place blame on this great new addition to Cameron Village – nor the owners.
I went to their website and doesn’t have the articles. I always appreciate being informed – and it seems to be cleared up. I hope that everyone can all move forward and not be upset over this. Go give the Cameron a try – take care and thank you for the opportunity to respond.

Wow – lots of poor choices going on there. Out of curiosity (because I won’t even pretend to know anything about copyright laws other than that you should ALWAYS credit sources)… regarding the images… were they pictures you snapped up while dining inside Cameron? If so, where does that fall in the realm of who actually owns them? Is it strict line of whoever takes the picture owns it or is it fuzzy?

This is really just sad on so many levels. Had they simply quoted your article and cited the reference, the site would have much more credibility—not because it negates the label of plagiarism, but because they have a positive review from a local media source. Instead, they are alienating local media sources as well as showing they cannot provide their own content.

Shooting yourself in the face doesn’t begin to describe this type of action—both for MSF and Cameron Bar and Grill. They (Cameron Bar and Grill) would be wise to drop this company like a scalding hot potato. The fact they have been “told MSF Technologies more than once that ?you can?t do that” and they continue to retain them as the web design/management company reflects poorly on the owners of this establishment.
